Project Manager

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and communication-driven Project Manager (2+ years of client project experience, female candidates preferred) to lead cross-functional delivery, drive agile sprint cycles, and bridge client stakeholders, engineers, and designers with modern dev and AI-assisted workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead sprint planning, daily standup meetings, milestone tracking, and sprint retrospectives.Facilitate seamless communication, requirement discovery, and alignment between engineering, design, and client stakeholders.Maintain product backlogs, clarify requirements, manage timelines, and proactively unblock team members.Leverage modern project management and AI productivity tools to streamline sprint documentation and reporting.Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure high standards of quality and timeliness.Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-velocity team culture. Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of verified professional experience in client project management, tech office coordination, or product delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (client-facing) and Nepali.Adept with modern engineering workflows, collaboration tools, and AI productivity tools.Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Trello, Asana, Notion).Strong organizational, documentation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular in-office presence at our Sankhamul, Kathmandu office.
