Full-Time Baluwatar, Kathmandu 5+ Years Experience Open Roll Lead architectural design from concept through DPR — residential, hospitality and commercial. You’ll own end-to-end project responsibility from site visit to handover, working directly with principals on every major design decision. Key Responsibilities Lead design from concept & massing through DPR documentation Develop architectural drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Revit Coordinate structural, MEP and contractor inputs on running projects Present design to clients and manage approvals through Nepali byelaws Mentor junior designers and review their drawings before issue What We Look For 5+ years of practice in Nepal or comparable context Strong portfolio of completed residential or hospitality projects Working knowledge of local building byelaws & approvals Field experience supervising contractors and finishing trades Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution Apply Now
