Overview:Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (After-Sales | Order Management) to join our team in a client support capacity. This role focuses on after-sales customer support, order management, data entry, and account management (non-sales). The ideal candidate will not only bring relevant experience but also demonstrate strong personal attributes that ensure reliability, excellence, and proactive problem-solving.Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Canada, MST | 8 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)Responsibilities:Provide after-sales customer support, ensuring timely resolution of client concernsManage and track orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in processingPerform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detailSupport account management activities, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellenceCollaborate with internal teams to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and maintain smooth workflowsApply previous learnings and sound judgment to address challenges effectivelyBalance competing priorities with agility, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are metRequirements:At least 3 years of experience in a BPO environment, with a solid background in customer support, order management, data entry, or account managementMinimum of 2 years of experience working with Canadian or international clients/customersMinimum of 1 year of experience working in a remote setupStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to team successQuick learner and demonstrates problem-solving skillsSystem Requirements:Minimum 100 Mbps internet plan (fiber, wired connection required)Dedicated workspace conducive to focus and productivityDesired Attributes:We place high value on candidates who embody the following qualities:Strong work ethic and reliabilityPride in delivering excellenceEagerness to challenge the status quo and improve processesDedication to their team and responsibilitiesTenacity and resilience in overcoming obstaclesAbility to learn quickly and anticipate issuesSound judgment in applying prior experience to new situationsAgile thinking, capable of weighing priorities and arriving at effective solutionsIndependent Contractor Perks:Permanent work from homeImmediate hiringHealth insurance coverage for eligible locationsNote:Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
