Retail Sales & Store ExpansionOversee sales performance across our retail storesSet and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsTrain and support store teams to improve customer conversionAnalyze store performance, best-selling products, and growth opportunitiesImprove footfall, average purchase value, and repeat customersIdentify potential locations for new storesConduct basic market and competitor analysis for expansionCoordinate and support new store launches2. Export Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate qualified international B2B leadsIdentify importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and private-label buyersContact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and meetingsUnderstand client requirements and prepare quotationsMaintain consistent follow-up with all potential customersCoordinate samples, pricing, packaging, certifications, and logistics informationNegotiate and convert qualified leads into confirmed ordersMaintain and regularly update the export sales pipelineDevelop existing customers and generate repeat ordersKey Performance AreasRetail sales growthStore target achievementNew store expansionQualified export leads generatedClient meetings and quotationsLead-to-customer conversionNew export customersRepeat ordersOverall revenue growthIdeal Candidate3+ years of experience in SalesStrong communication and negotiation skillsSales-driven and result-oriented mindsetExcellent follow-up and relationship-management skillsComfortable working with sales targets and KPIsAbility to independently manage multiple leads and opportunitiesExperience in retail sales, export sales, B2B sales, FMCG, food, wellness, or related industries is preferredTwo Wheeler with License required.
