IT Support Officer

Scodus Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issuesAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, routers, and network devices.Set up and manage basic networking systems (LAN, routers, internet connectivity).Prepare, install, and maintain CAT6 cables and related network wiring.Support team members in system setup and provide user guidance when neededCommunicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve technical issues.Ensure timely reporting and documentation of technical problems and solution.
