Grading & Packing Staff

Job PurposeTo inspect, grade, sort, pack, label, and prepare products for storage or dispatch while maintaining required quality, hygiene, safety, and production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSort and grade products according to size, quality, weight, appearance, and company standards.Sorting and grading fresh vegetables and fruitsChecking freshness and product qualityRemoving damaged or unsuitable productsWeighing and packing products according to ordersProper labeling and arrangement of productsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work areaSupporting stock handling and order preparationPreparing products for scheduled deliveriesFollowing company hygiene and food-safety proceduresRequired QualificationsEducation: Basic literacy; SEE/SLC or equivalent preferred.Experience: Previous experience in grading, sorting, packing, food processing, agriculture, or factory work is preferred but not mandatory.Physically fit and able to perform repetitive work.
