Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong learning attitude, and the ability to work independently while meeting daily and monthly business targets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct door-to-door visits to generate new leads and identify potential customers.Collect and maintain accurate customer information for lead generation.Understand customer needs, requirements, and preferences.Present and pitch our products/services effectively to potential customers.Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.Schedule and conduct follow-ups based on customer availability.Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.Provide regular updates on field activities and lead status to the reporting manager.
