Business Development Officer

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officers to expand its business network, onboard new partners, and drive business growth across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with bus operators and business partners while promoting BusSewa's ticketing and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new bus operators to expand BusSewa’s services and network.Manage and monitor business activities within assigned province(s) and ensure market expansion.Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with bus operators, travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.Coordinate with operators, handle their queries, and ensure smooth business operations.Promote BusSewa services, generate new business opportunities, and support revenue growth.Follow up with existing and potential partners to improve business relationships and retention.Coordinate with internal teams for operational support and resolution of partner-related issues.Collect market feedback and suggest improvements for better service delivery.Prepare regular business development reports and maintain records of partners and activities.Promote and sell BusSewa technology solutions such as GPS, CCTV Cameras, VMIS, Web/App platforms, and other software services to operators.
