The job has two halves and you need to be good at both.Client Advisory & ConversionRespond to enquiries from Facebook Page, Messenger, Instagram Direct, comments and other digital channels typically within seconds during shift hoursUnderstand what the client actually needs, then explain process, timeline, government fee and our service chargeConvert the conversation into a confirmed engagementFollow up every open lead until converted or formally closed — make sure no enquiry ends a shift unanswered or unloggedMaintain a daily lead register and submit the shift report before logging offMeet the monthly targets as per needHand over live matters at shift change with written status notesRegistration & Compliance ExecutionFull company registration cycle on the OCR portal and CAMIS — name reservation, MOA/AOA drafting and filing, document upload, fee payment, follow-up, certificate collectionPost-registration filings: वार्षिक विवरण, शेयर नामसारी, सञ्चालक परिवर्तन, पूँजी वृद्धि, प्रबन्धपत्र/नियमावली संशोधन, ठेगाना परिवर्तन, शाखा दर्ता, दाखिल खारेज, कम्पनी खारेजीDraft प्रबन्धपत्र, नियमावली, निवेदन, अख्तियारनामा, board and shareholder minutes in correct Nepali legal formatPAN/VAT registration and coordination with the Inland Revenue Office; support on periodic tax filingsTrademark and design registration filingsLiaison with कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय, IRD/IRO, मालपोत, municipalities and ministriesTrack amendments to the Companies Act, Finance Act, VAT rules and OCR circulars affecting client workMaintain organized, retrievable digital files for every engagementOther duties as assigned by management
