CAD Drafting Person – Architectural, Structural & MEP

Ltd., a sister concern of Panchakanya Group, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafting Person – Architectural, Structural & MEP to join our team.If you have strong technical drafting skills and hands-on experience in construction projects, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and update architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.Prepare detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings.Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP drawings to identify and resolve clashes.Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and instructions from engineers/consultants.Prepare drawings based on site measurements and actual site conditions.Prepare and maintain as-built drawings for completed works.Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on drawing requirements.Check dimensions, levels, layouts, and technical details before issuing drawings for site execution.Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and documentation.Assist the project team in resolving drawing-related issues during construction.Ensure drawings are accurate and delivered within the required timeframe.
