The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and basic kitchen and cost management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of multicuisine and Indian dishes according to restaurant standards.Ensure proper taste, presentation, quality, and consistency of food.Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.Monitor the use of ingredients and minimize food wastage.Assist in food costing, portion control, and inventory management.Ensure ingredients and kitchen supplies are used efficiently.Maintain proper storage of food items and kitchen materials.Support menu preparation and suggest improvements to dishes when required.Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and timely food service.
