Sales and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to support our sales activities. The role will primarily involve making online calls, conducting virtual meetings, building customer relationships, and promoting and selling products such as Rudraksha, Shilajit, and related products.Key ResponsibilitiesMake regular online calls and conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions with customers and potential clients in the Indian market.Promote and sell Rudraksha, Shilajit, and other company products, understand customer needs, provide appropriate product information, and develop strong customer relationships.Identify and generate leads, follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities, coordinate customer requirements and orders with the team, and work towards achieving sales targets.Support the marketing team with content preparation, including basic promotional materials and marketing content.Assist with coordinating social media and content activities, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining content as required.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and prepare basic sales and marketing performance reports as required.
