Short DescriptionSAHAYOG SUPPLIERS is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Lubhu, Nepal. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a negotiable salary and provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with at least one year of relevant experience to develop practical accounting skills in a dynamic supply‑chain environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update general ledger entries and supporting documentation.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.Assist with preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT and corporate tax.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Support internal audits and provide required financial data.Identify and recommend improvements to accounting procedures to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with other departments, communicating financial information clearly and professionally.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting coursework is a plus.Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in accounting or tax accounting.Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
