The ideal candidate will create engaging lessons, support student progress, and help learners achieve their academic and language proficiency goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach English language courses from elementary to advanced levels to non-native speakers.Develop structured lesson plans and teaching materials focused on language skills and exam strategies.Foster a supportive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment.Identify individual learning needs and design personalised improvement strategies for each student.Provide guidance on time management, test-taking strategies, and stress management.Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.Collaborate with academic staff to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes.
