Finance Data Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Data Analyst to join our Finance Department and support data-driven financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial knowledge with analytical and technical skills to analyze financial data, develop reports and dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable business insights.Key Responsibilities:Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:Perform complex financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas of cost optimization and revenue enhancementDevelop a deep understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights that drive business growthPrepare and present clear, concise financial reports and executive dashboards, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levelsUtilize predictive analytics and forecasting techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, enabling proactive business planningTransform complex financial data into actionable business insights that support budget planning, variance analysis, and financial performance trackingVendor Spend & Business Correlation:Prepare comprehensive vendor spend analysis, scrutinizing large datasets to identify spending trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsCorrelate vendor expenditure directly with specific business activities and outcomes (e.g., product development, marketing campaigns, operational efficiency) to evaluate the financial impact, return on investment (ROI), and value-add of vendor spendCollaborate with Logistics, Programming, and Procurement teams to develop metrics and reports that track materials and vendor performance against financial and operational targetsConduct regular vendor performance reviews and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive pricing and service quality Innovation, Process Documentation & Automation:Apply innovative and critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesDocument and implement streamlined financial and procurement processes to improve organizational efficiency, compliance, and internal controlsLead automation initiatives within Finance and Procurement functions (e.g., utilizing advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP/FP&A systems) to reduce manual effort, enhance data quality, and accelerate real-time analysis to support business decisions proactivelyIdentify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance analytical capabilities
