MIS Officer

Seeking an MIS Officer to support branch sales operations from our Kathmandu office. The role focuses on planning and monitoring branch-level sales activity, ensuring accurate MIS reporting, and coordinating with the Sales/Business Head as well as Finance, Warehouse, and Service teams. The incumbent will review sales records, update data timely, and prepare branch-wise targets and achievement reports. The position requires diligent data management, effective cross-functional coordination, and the ability to monitor the sales pipeline and deliveries to drive performance. This is a permanent, on-site role intended to optimize sales processes and support management with actionable insights. Branch-wise sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.Supervision and coordination of branch sales personnel.Sales operations, MIS reporting, and coordination with the Sales/Business Head.Review sales records and ensure timely data updates.Prepare branch-wise sales target and achievement reports.Monitor sales pipeline, customer orders, and pending deliveries.Track branch performance and highlight performance gaps to management.Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Service teams for smooth sales operations.
