We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive B2B project sales and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with builders, architects, consultants, and construction companies on new projects, regardless of the specific product category previously sold.Location: Putalisadak, KathmanduWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Responsibilities: Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities for new construction and development projects.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with builders, architects, consultants, developers, and construction companies.Leverage industry networks to identify upcoming projects and sales opportunities.Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings through proposals, negotiation, and closure.Conduct client meetings, project visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and key accounts.Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.Negotiate pricing, terms, and project requirements with key decision-makers.Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.Monitor market developments, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and customer requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and after-sales support.Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business-development targets.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account records.Provide regular updates on major projects, opportunities, and market developments.
