Senior Accountant

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT A reputed restaurant located in Kalanki, Kathmandu, is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the following position: Position: Senior Accountant Company: Reputed Restaurant Location: Kalanki, Kathmandu Salary: Rs. 40,000 – 50,000 per month Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records. Maintain sales, purchase, income, and expense records. Prepare daily, monthly, and periodic financial reports. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash records. Reconcile bank and other financial transactions. Manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents. Assist with payroll and other accounting-related tasks. Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting work. Coordinate with management regarding financial and accounting matters. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and tax purposes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, BBS, BBA, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently. Preferred Candidate: Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented. Able to handle confidential financial information. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector will be an advantage.
