Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoori Cook to prepare high-quality tandoori and Indian dishes while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as chicken tikka, tandoori chicken, kebabs, naan, and other Indian dishes.Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.Prepare marinades, sauces, spices, and other ingredients according to recipes.Ensure proper cooking time, temperature, taste, and presentation.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor, kitchen equipment, and work area.Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.Duty Hour: 12 HoursAccommodation Policy: On-site accommodation is provided only to employees who bring their own personal items [e.g., bedding]. Employees who do not bring their own supplies will be provided with meals only.
