Sales & Business Development Executive ID-1095

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote the company's accounting, bookkeeping, business support, and POS software solutions. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client meetings, software demonstrations, sales follow-ups, and relationship management.Location: Dillibazar, Charkhal, KathmanduWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential business clients through field visits, calls, social media, networking, and referrals.Generate new leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.Promote accounting, bookkeeping, internal checking, and other business support services.Present and demonstrate POS software and explain features such as billing, inventory, sales management, reporting, and business monitoring.Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services or software solutions.Arrange client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.Prepare and follow up on quotations and business proposals.Visit shops, restaurants, hotels, retailers, wholesalers, and other potential business clients.Research local markets and identify new industries, customer segments, and business opportunities.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Coordinate with implementation and support teams after POS software sales.Follow up with clients to maintain satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.Maintain records of calls, visits, leads, meetings, and sales activities.Update CRM or sales-tracking systems and prepare regular activity reports.
