Business Development Officer

Identify and reach out to potential property partners, travel agencies, and service providers for onboarding.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documents for prospective partners.Support negotiations and follow-ups with leads to convert opportunities into agreements.Maintain partnership records, CRM updates, and track key performance indicators.Conduct field visits and presentations to onboard partners and nurture relationships.Assist in market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and potential sectors for expansion.Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Support, Product) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and satisfaction.
