Project Sarangi Foundation is looking for a motivated Office Representative Intern to support our daily office operations, Sarangi classes, events, documentation, communication, and social media activities.🎯 Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesReception & CommunicationWelcome visitors, students, clients, and Sarangi buyers.Handle phone calls, inquiries, and email correspondence.Provide information about Sarangi products, classes, services, and events.Assist with social media posting, inquiries, and event/product promotion.Administrative SupportAssist with filing, data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.Organize Sarangi classes, meetings, and workshops.Support travel and accommodation arrangements when required.Customer & Student SupportRespond to customer and student needs and inquiries.Handle concerns and complaints professionally.Assist with product information, orders, and transactions.Office & DocumentationHelp maintain an organized office and manage supplies/inventory.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Compile information and support timely reporting.Event & Team SupportAssist in planning and coordinating workshops, seminars, and events.Support venue, equipment, catering, and other event logistics.Work closely with team members and support different project activities.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist with office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.Maintain confidentiality and follow data-security practices.Take on other tasks as required by the organization.Social Media Management Assist in managing Project Sarangi Center’s social media platforms.• Create and post updates about Sarangi products, classes, workshops, events, and activities.• Respond to social media inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.• Support promotion of Project Sarangi Center’s programs, events, and products through social media.
