Digital Marketing Manager

Primary Purpose The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online platforms, and strengthening brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall digital presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and business growth. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Develop content plans and oversee engaging posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns. Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and improve engagement. Ensure consistent brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across digital platforms. Monitor audience engagement, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams, photographers, designers, and the sales team for digital content and campaigns. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, online advertising, and brand communication. Knowledge of Canva, video-editing tools, and basic graphic design software. Strong creative, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate effectively with different teams.
