Sales Executive / Content Creator

Handle day-to-day sales activities and assist customers with their inquiries.Manage both online and physical store operations.Promote products and services through social media and other channels.Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and promotional posts.Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent customer service.Assist with product updates, order management, and follow-ups.Maintain sales and customer records.Support day-to-day store operations and other assigned tasks.Coordinate with the team to achieve sales and business goals.Other Specification Freshers are encouraged to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of social media and content creation.Creative and willing to learn new skills.Customer-focused and confident in dealing with people.Ability to manage both online and physical store responsibilities.Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets will be an added advantage.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
