SHIFT IN-CHARGE for Feed Industry in Lipani, Birgunj.-Details:*Position: SHIFT IN-CHARGE*Salary: Negotiable*Location: Lipani, Birgunj*Education: Bachleor in Chemical Engineering*Experience:2- 3 years of experience in a feed manufacturing unit or similar industrial environment-Key Responsibilities*Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.*Ensure daily production targets are met in line with operational plans and quality standards.*Monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to maintain product consistency.*Lead, guide, and motivate shift personnel to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.*Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a safety-first culture on the shop floor.*Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure that finished products meet all specifications.*Maintain detailed and accurate shift records, including production logs, downtime, and incidents.Ensure smooth handover between shifts by effectively *communicating operational updates and issues.-Qualifications & Experience*In-depth knowledge of solvent extraction processes and plant operations.*Familiarity with ISO standards, SPC (Statistical Process Control), PQRS, and Quality Control protocols.*Strong leadership and team management skills.*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to perform under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations.*High attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.-Key Attributes*Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to HSE practices.*Result-oriented and committed to continuous process improvement.*Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability-Send your CV at:[email protected]9705211823,9705411823
