At E-Signature, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences through reliable and bug-free digital products. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and performance. Your role will be pivotal in identifying issues, improving processes, and upholding customer satisfaction.Roles and Responsibilities:Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking tools.Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure requirements are met.Ensure applications meet quality standards and comply with client expectations before release.Analyze test results, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.Work with cross-functional teams to reproduce and resolve complex defects.Maintain documentation for testing procedures, QA workflows, and release checklists.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control for web and mobile platforms.Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.Experience in both manual and automated testing methods.Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Note: Please include your CV along with your educational background.
