Investment Officer – Private Equity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Investment Officer – Private Equity to join our team and contribute to the financial success of our portfolio companies during the pre- and post-investment phase.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of portfolio companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and maintenance of healthy liquidity levels to meet financial obligations.Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key financial and operational performance metrics, providing insights to the management team and investors.Valuation & Reporting: Conduct periodic valuations of portfolio companies and track investment performance using metrics such as IRR, MOIC, and cash-on-cash returns.Tax Compliance & Strategy: Ensure tax compliance and provide advice on tax-efficient structures, including the preparation of tax filings and strategic tax planning.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support: Assist in M&A activities, including conducting financial due diligence, supporting deal structuring, and evaluating financial opportunities for growth.Risk Management: Identify potential risks within portfolio companies and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.Investor Relations: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to investors, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and any significant developments.Governance & Internal Controls: Support portfolio companies in strengthening their governance frameworks and internal controls to ensure alignment with best practices.
