Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their records management challenges and propose customized physical and digital solutions. Prepare and deliver business presentations, solution proposals, and client pitches to support business development initiatives. Collaborate with the Sales team to acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers. Build strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and other key sectors requiring records and information management services. Lead the planning and implementation of digital records management initiatives, including document digitization, electronic document management, workflow automation, and secure information storage. Develop solutions that integrate physical records management, barcoding, warehouse storage, document retrieval, retention management, and future digital services. Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance the company's service portfolio and maintain a competitive advantage. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, process optimization, and automation. Develop business cases and implementation plans for new digital products, services, and strategic initiatives. Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless delivery of both physical and digital records management services. Establish standard operating procedures and quality standards for new solutions and service offerings. Create Digital Solutions team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage strategic projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, software providers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the company's capabilities. Prepare periodic reports, business performance updates, and recommendations for senior management Ensure all solutions comply with information security, confidentiality, regulatory, and records management standards. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business forums to promote BlackBox's services and strengthen its market presence.
