Teacher Recruitment Intern

Candidate Sourcing Source qualified Coding and Mathematics teachers through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Proactively identify and approach potential teacher candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Reach out to candidates and communicate relevant job opportunities. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Screening & Interviews Review and screen CVs based on defined job requirements. Conduct initial phone and video screening interviews. Assess candidates' communication skills, confidence, availability, and overall suitability. Coordinate technical assessments and teaching/demo sessions. Schedule interviews with hiring team members. Maintain accurate interview notes and candidate feedback. Recruitment Coordination Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final selection. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and records. Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and teaching demonstrations. Communicate next steps and updates to candidates in a timely manner. Ensure the recruitment pipeline remains organized and efficient. Recruitment Support Assist in preparing and publishing teacher job postings. Research new and effective sources for finding teacher candidates. Support recruitment campaigns, hiring drives, and outreach activities. Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities. Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.
