Outbound Tour Consultant

Gochali Tours & Travels is looking for an Outbound Tour Consultant to grow and manage the company's outbound travel business. The role focuses on sales generation, client handling, package development, supplier coordination, and team management.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert outbound travel leads into confirmed bookings.Develop and sell international holiday and group tour packages.Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.Build relationships with clients, corporate accounts, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.Negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms with suppliers.Follow up with inquiries and maintain an organized sales pipeline.Coordinate confirmed bookings with ticketing, operations, and finance teams.Maintain accurate lead and booking records in the company CRM.Monitor sales performance, revenue, conversion rates, and profitability.Identify new destinations, products, and business opportunities.
