Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform regular printer servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance. Handle laser and inkjet printer troubleshooting and repairs. Provide on-site technical support to customers as required. Identify technical issues and provide effective and timely solutions. Maintain proper records of service visits, repairs, and replaced parts. Coordinate with the team for spare parts and technical support. Ensure professional customer handling and service satisfaction.
