Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management:Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 software developers, fostering technical growth and maintaining high-performance standards.Conduct code reviews, establish development best practices and ensure adherence to Adex’s quality standards.Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with PMO team using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentationSoftware Architecture & Development:Design and architect enterprise-grade software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and Java technologiesLead full-stack development initiatives from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenanceImplement robust security frameworks including RBAC, ABAC, and Identity Provider (IDP) integrationsDevelop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms with focus on scalability and reliabilityAI/ML Integration & Innovation:Architect and develop AI/ML-powered applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMakerIntegrate generative AI capabilities, RAG systems, and custom ML models into enterprise software solutionsCollaborate with Adex's AI/ML team to implement MLOps practices and intelligent automation featuresDesign predictive analytics solutions for healthcare and fintech use casesClient Engagement & Solution Design:Lead technical discussions with healthcare and fintech clients to understand complex business requirementsPresent technical solutions and architecture proposals to stakeholders and executive teamsConduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specificationsEnsure solutions align with industry compliance standards (HIPAA for healthcare, PCI DSS for fintech)Enterprise Software Excellence:Develop secure, scalable enterprise applications with emphasis on data privacy and regulatory complianceImplement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and security testingDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub ActionsEnsure ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 , HIPPA compliance in all development processesKnowledge Sharing & Innovation:Participate in Adex's learning ecosystem, contributing to knowledge sharing sessionsProvide technical training and mentorship to team members and junior developersResearch emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for client solutionsContribute to Adex's thought leadership through technical blogs and industry presentations Skills Programming & Frameworks:Expert proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), JavaScript (Node.js, React, Vue.js), and Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)Strong experience with enterprise application frameworks and microservices architecturePractical knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecturesSecurity & Identity Management:Deep understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) implementationExperience with Identity Providers (IDP), OAuth 2.0, JWT, and modern authentication mechanismsKnowledge of data encryption, secure coding practices, and vulnerability assessment AI/ML DevelopmentAI/ML Development:Hands-on experience building AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-LearnFamiliarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma)Understanding of MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring in production environmentsCloud & DevOps:Proficient in AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)Experience with Azure and GCP platforms for enterprise application deploymentStrong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automated testing frameworksDatabase & Data Management:Advanced skills in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)Experience with data modeling, query optimization, and database securityKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processesHealthcare & Fintech Domain:Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)Knowledge of fintech regulations and security standards (PCI DSS, KYC, AML)Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems or financial trading platforms preferredLeadership & Communication:Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software projectsExcellent communication skills for client presentations and technical documentationExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) Qualifications Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)5-8 years of software development experience with 2+ years in a leadership roleProven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions in production environmentsProficient in conducting comprehensive testing of applications, analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities, and implementing changes to enhance system reliability, scalability, and security.Industry Experience:3+ years of experience in healthcare or fintech software developmentExperience working with regulated industries and compliance
