Sr. Ai/ml Engineer

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models. Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance. Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive and analytical solutions. Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and applications. Collaborate with software developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary. Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements. Prepare technical documentation and reports related to AI solutions. Ensure data security, scalability, and system reliability in AI implementations.

3-5 years of hands- on experience in AI/ML development. Design and develop AI/ML models for generative and agentic AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, etc.) Build and optimize AI-driven workflow automation solutions. Lead end-to-end ML model development lifecycle: data collection, pre-processing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into real-world applications. Evaluate open-source and commercial LLMs and tools for integration. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing best practices in AI/ML development. Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and incorporate relevant advancements into our solutions.
