Sales Officer

Indigo Paints is hiring Sales Officers for two territories — Bhaktapur and Madhesh Pradesh. The role is responsible for growing and servicing the dealer network within the assigned territory, driving sales and collections, and strengthening Indigo's presence on the ground. Please indicate your preferred location when applying.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and expand the dealer/retailer network within the assigned territoryAchieve monthly/quarterly sales and collection targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailersIdentify and onboard new dealers to grow territory coveragePlan and execute local demand-generation activities (painter meets, dealer engagement, schemes)Track competitor pricing, activity, and market trendsReport sales performance and market feedback to the reporting manager
