As a Sales Associate at Saraswoti Media, you'll guide business owners from their first inquiry to a signed order — backed by Nepal's strongest signage brand, a full design team, and products that sell themselves once clients see the quality.What You'll DoHandle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and the website.Understand client needs and recommend the right signage and branding solutions.Prepare quotations and follow up leads through to closed orders.Maintain accurate records of leads and orders in our CRM.What We're Looking ForExcellent communication skills in Nepali and English.A customer-first attitude and confidence in explaining products.Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
