National Sales Manager / Business Head ID-1079

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager / Business Head to lead and expand channel sales across Nepal within the home furnishing sector. The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling products such as mattresses, carpets, curtains, decorative items, or related home furnishing products, along with a proven ability to develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.Location: Putalisadak, KathmanduWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Responsibilities: Lead and execute nationwide channel-sales strategies for home furnishing products.Develop and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel-partner networks across Nepal.Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and increase sales volume and repeat business.Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in existing and emerging markets.Develop national and regional sales targets and drive their achievement.Monitor territory performance, dealer productivity, product movement, and sales trends.Drive sales across mattresses, carpets, curtains, decorative products, and other relevant categories.Identify opportunities to improve product penetration across the dealer network.Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings across Nepal.Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, distribution strategies, and market developments.Develop sales forecasts, market-expansion plans, and management reports.Coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective sales execution.Support pricing, promotions, dealer schemes, and channel-incentive strategies.Guide and support the sales team to achieve regional and national targets.Drive overall revenue growth, market coverage, and channel development.
