We are looking for a Service Advisor to support the smooth day to day operations of a two wheeler workshop in Kathmandu.The role involves coordinating with technicians, monitoring service progress, handling customer inquiries, and communicating clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and expected service timelines.The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer handling skills along with a basic understanding of automobile service processes, vehicle systems, and diagnostics. Workshop Operations• Ensure smooth day to day operations of the workshop.• Coordinate with technicians and manage workflow efficiently.• Monitor ongoing service and repair activities.• Ensure service activities progress according to planned timelines.• Coordinate multiple workshop activities when required.Customer Service• Attend to customer inquiries and service requests professionally.• Understand customer concerns regarding their vehicles.• Communicate vehicle issues and repair requirements clearly.• Provide customers with updates regarding service progress and timelines.• Maintain professional communication throughout the service process.Customer Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.• Ensure customers receive timely information regarding their vehicles.• Address customer concerns professionally.• Support overall customer satisfaction with workshop services.Monitoring and Reporting• Monitor daily service progress.• Maintain accurate service related reports.• Coordinate with technicians to collect relevant service updates.• Ensure service information is properly communicated and recorded.
