Position Overview The Partnerships and Coordination Officer will maintain relationships with partner schools and coordinate communication between school leaders and the team. The role requires consistent follow-ups, accurate communication and organized handling of trip-related information from the initial discussion through post-trip feedback. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain professional relationships with school leaders, coordinators and partner institutions. Follow up with schools regarding proposals, program selection, trip dates, student numbers and confirmations. Communicate school requirements and trip details clearly to the relevant members of the team. Share program information, itineraries, costs, documentation requirements and updates with schools. Collect and organize participant details, medical information, dietary requirements and other necessary documents. Coordinate with the operations team regarding transportation, accommodation, activities, meals and other trip requirements. Maintain updated records of meetings, school communications, follow-ups and trip status. Conduct school visits and attend meetings as required. Follow up with school leaders after trips to collect feedback and discuss future programs. Support the development of long-term partnerships and repeat programs with schools. Assist with official communication, proposals and partnership-related documentation. Represent the organization professionally in all interactions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, education, communication or a related field or running. At least 1 year of experience in a related field; freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good spoken and written English and Nepali. Confidence in communicating with school principals and coordinators. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Attention to detail when handling trip information and documentation. Ability to coordinate multiple schools and programs simultaneously. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred. Willingness to travel for school meetings and occasional camp-related duties.
