The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects and converting them into long-term clients for our website products and digital services. Role and Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, referrals, field visits, networking, digital platforms). Conduct product presentations and communicate SoftNEP’s website packages and digital solutions clearly and confidently. Follow up with prospects, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations and pitch decks as required. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales communication. Coordinate with project, marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding of new clients. Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings and customer behavior. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field. Prior experience in sales, marketing or business development (experience in IT/web industry is a plus). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain website products and digital services. Proactive, target-oriented and self-motivated personality. Good negotiation and client-handling skills. Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
