Payment Recovery Executive

Position: Payment Recovery Executive Location: Kathmandu Job Summary Responsible for customer payment recovery, overdue account follow-up, and legal recovery matters, including customer visits, payment collection, documentation, and coordination of legal cases. Responsibilities Regularly follow up with overdue customers and ensure timely payment recovery. Visit customer premises for payment collection and information verification. Handle customer queries related to party ledger and VAT confirmation. Maintain records of customer visits, follow-ups, and collection activities. Deposit collected payments on the same day at the bank or office. Report recovery status and customer issues to the Team Leader. Identify defaulting customers and recommend legal action when required. Coordinate and assist with legal cases, court visits, and related procedures. Handle sensitive customer recovery matters professionally and tactfully. Qualifications +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree running. Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits and payment recovery. Basic understanding of legal/recovery procedures will be an advantage.
