Junior VDC Engineer (MEP)

Develop and update MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in Revit Perform basic routing for ducts, pipes, and cable trays Ensure model accuracy according to project standards and LOD requirements Support creation of coordinated 3D BIM models for construction use Participate in coordination meetings with Architectural and Structural teams Identify clashes and design conflicts in BIM models Assist in resolving coordination issues under senior guidance Update models based on coordination comments and markups Prepare and revise MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings Ensure proper use of symbols, legends, and standards in drawings Assist in preparing construction documentation and deliverables Maintain organized model files and documentation records Support senior engineers in project delivery tasks Assist in ensuring MEP systems align with construction sequencing Follow BIM execution plans and project workflows Ensure compliance with safety standards during design and coordination stages Maintain accuracy and consistency in BIM models Follow company BIM standards and modeling guidelines Support quality control checks before submission or delivery
