Senior Architectural Engineer

Himalayan Everest Water Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to lead and coordinate architectural planning, design, construction supervision, and technical coordination for its industrial and water manufacturing facilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural planning, design, and development of industrial and manufacturing facilities.Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.Supervise architectural construction works and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable standards.Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, plant infrastructure, contractors, consultants, and other technical teams.Monitor construction progress and ensure timely and quality execution of architectural works.Provide technical solutions to architectural, construction, and site-related issues.Review project requirements and ensure proper integration of architectural and plant infrastructure works.Participate in project planning, coordination, site inspections, meetings, and technical decision-making.Ensure that all architectural works comply with relevant building codes, construction standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.Prepare and maintain necessary architectural reports, drawings, documentation, and project records.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.Strong experience in architectural design and construction supervision of industrial projects.Practical knowledge of industrial buildings, manufacturing facilities, and plant infrastructure.Experience in large-scale packaged drinking water bottling or manufacturing plants will be an advantage.Strong project coordination, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in both Japanese and English, including written, spoken, and technical communication.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
