Job SummarySena Skin Care & Cosmetics is looking for a responsible, friendly, and energetic Sales Associate to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service.Understand and explain skincare and cosmetic products to customers.Handle sales, billing, cash, and digital payments.Arrange and maintain products neatly on shelves and displays.Check stock levels and inform management about low-stock products.Receive, check, and organize new stock.Maintain cleanliness and the overall appearance of the store.Handle customer inquiries and assist customers with product selection.Support day-to-day store operations.Ensure the shop is properly managed and maintained during working hours.Assist with basic social media activities and customer communication.RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, cosmetics, skincare, or retail is preferred.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Friendly, honest, responsible, and hardworking.Willingness to learn about skincare and cosmetic products.
