The role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of experience who can execute social media campaigns, assist with branding, and support customer engagement using CRM and marketing automation.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and schedule social media content for brand pages using Canva and platform tools.Assist in maintaining and improving brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.Support social media strategy execution by translating campaign goals into weekly content plans.Run and monitor Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget pacing, and basic performance reporting.Track leads and customer interactions using CRM records and ensure data is updated accurately.Use marketing automation tools to streamline routine marketing tasks and improve follow-up workflows.Prepare monthly reporting on social media performance, campaign results, and key marketing insights.
