We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Outbound / Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Executive to support lead generation, outbound sales, account research, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, CRM management, and maintaining accurate sales databases.Location: Bhanimandal, LalitpurOffice Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM(Monday – Friday) Experience: 2–4 Years Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound activities.Research and identify target companies based on the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).Build, manage, and regularly update target account and prospect lists.Conduct LinkedIn prospecting to identify relevant decision-makers and key contacts.Engage prospects through personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.Capture, qualify, and update sales-ready leads in the CRM.Maintain accurate and organized client and prospect databases.Track lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead performance, and pipeline status.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities.Ensure CRM and sales databases remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
