Sales Management Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed the area’s revenue goals. Drive the promotion and sale of pathology lab services and diagnostic solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare and diagnostics sector. 2. Team Supervision Manage and guide the on-ground sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures when needed. 3. Market Development Build strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities. Represent the company in local trade events and customer meetings to promote services. 4. Operational Excellence Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements. 5. Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the area, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support. 6. Promotional Activity pre plan & Execution CME (Continuous Medical Education) pre plan inside different departments of hospital RTM (Round Table Meeting) plan & Execution with different departments of hospital Weekly CAMP inside local bodies. 7.
