Chief Finance

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Chief Finance Officer to oversee the company’s financial operations across its construction, architecture, property management, advertising, and real-estate activities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the company’s overall finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.Manage project costing, budgets, cash flow, expenses, and financial reporting.Monitor construction and project-related financial transactions, payments, and collections.Oversee accounting, VAT, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.Manage banking relationships, loans, investments, and other financial transactions.Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.Monitor income and expenses from property management, real estate, advertising, and other business activities.Establish and maintain effective financial controls and proper accounting records.Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Provide financial advice and strategic recommendations to senior management.Identify financial risks and opportunities and support business growth and investment decisions.Lead, supervise, and guide the finance and accounting team.
