The rider will be responsible for delivering food orders safely and on time while providing good customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers on time.Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation apps efficiently.Handle food packages carefully to maintain quality and hygiene.Collect payments from customers when required.Communicate politely with customers and restaurant staff.Maintain accurate delivery records and order details.Ensure the delivery vehicle/bike is clean and in good working condition.Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.Support additional deliveries or tasks as assigned.
