Tour Manager

About the RoleThe Tour Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day tour operations, including preparing customized itineraries, designing tour packages, coordinating with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, destination partners, and other travel service providers.The selected candidate will manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, confirm bookings, monitor travel arrangements, handle changes when required, and ensure smooth service delivery from inquiry to completion.Key Responsibilities• Handle tour inquiries, client counseling, quotations, and follow-ups• Design and manage domestic and international tour packages• Prepare customized itineraries, tour costing, travel plans, and booking confirmations• Coordinate flights, hotels, transport, guides, activities, insurance, and related travel services• Communicate with destination partners, vendors, hotels, airlines, and service providers• Maintain accurate records of client files, tour bookings, payments, and follow-ups• Ensure timely communication with clients and internal team members• Monitor destination updates, travel rules, seasonal rates, and tourism trends• Handle changes, special requests, and operational issues before or during travel• Support business growth through quality service, client handling, and inquiry conversionQualifications and Skills• Strong knowledge of tour planning, travel operations, and destination management• Experience in preparing itineraries, tour packages, costing, and quotations• Excellent communication and client-handling skills• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple clients, bookings, and deadlines at the same time• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, hotels, flights, and travel products• Familiarity with office software, online booking tools, and travel systems is an advantage• Prior experience in a travel agency, tour company, or travel operations role is preferred• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or related field is desirableWork Location: KathmanduJob Type: Full-Time, On-SiteCompany: Da Java Nepal Travels & Tours Pvt.
