Senior Program Manager

Reporting to: Management & BOD About the PositionChangunarayan Foundation (CNF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to provide overall leadership and management of the organization. The position will work closely with the management and lead the team to ensure effective implementation of CNF's program and projects, organizational development, partnerships and institutional priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and day-to-day organizational management.Coordinate with team for effective program implementation.Organizational planning, budgeting, resource mobilization and institutional development.Maintain strong relationships with the donor, various layers of government, private sector and related stakeholders.Ensure compliance with CNF policies, agreements, financial procedures and applicable regulations.Monitor organizational and project performance and report regularly to the Board and the Donor organization.Strengthen staff performance, teamwork, accountability and organizational systems.Represent CNF in key meetings, partnership collaboration meetings and engagements.Implement the strategic planning prepared and organizational leadership decisions.
